I am getting the message "Enter Network Password" when I try to use Windows Media Player 9 and 10. I have a basic access policy setup as : action=allow; protocols=all outbound traffic;from=internal;to=external;users="special group to have Internet access";
content types=All content types. If I enter the firewall admin credentials, the video steaming will work. Otherwise, it will keep asking for user network credentials. I've read many of the posts on this site and searched the Internet but have not found an answer. Help!

Hi J,

Two things:

1. Make sure the Firewall client app wasn't accidently disabled.

2. Configure IE to use Integrated authentication
