"Top Web Users" not in correct order?

Status: offline 		In the report page, it says "Users that generated the most traffic are listed first" - however frequently our reports are not in this order - for example, today the #1 user according to ISA transmitted 43mb data, and user #7 transmitted 82mb.

Am I missing something? Shouldn't the 82mb user be listed first?
