Hi
Please bear with me as I am an ISA novice ! I need to add perl (.pl) as an allowed content type. It isn't in the predefined list, so I created a new type with a file extension as opposed to a MIME type.
I can't really tell if this has worked or not as my understanding is that this rule only applies to HTTP traffic. How do I make the rule apply to HTTPS ? If I knew I would be able to access the website that is currently (partially) unavailable due to the PERL part not being accepted.

Anyone understand ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Andy,

Doesn't matter for SSL, since the traffic is hidden from the firewall in an SSL tunnel.

HTH,
Tom
