TCPView.exe reports that the ISA 2004 server is listening on two ports that I don't recognize

<non-existent>:1788  TCP  netbioscomputername:6799  netbioscomputername:0
and
<non-existent>:1788  TCP  netbioscomputername:10000  netbioscomputername:0

What does this mean?
If I can't pin the port number to a process, how do you figure out the valid listening ports, compared to the hijacked ports?

Thanks,
Allison
