Hi, I'm kind of new to the use if ISA Server and am having trouble implementing it on a customers site.

They have SBS 2000 on their server with only 1 NIC (192.168.x.x) and a D-Link DI-804 broadband router (using PPPoE ADSL) that is attached directly to the netowrk switch.

When I run the Internet Connection Wizard on the SBS Administrator Console I choose "Router" and type in the rotuer's IP (192.168.0.1) and click next, at which point I get a message saying:

"ISA Server will not be configured with that configuration"

What does that mean?

I've gone through all the steps I can find about creating protocol rules, granting access, banning sites, etc but I'm still not getting anywhere.

Do I "need" to add a 2nd NIC and change the IP range of the router to something else (192.168.1.x for instance) and have internal/external networks?
