Hiya,

ISA 2K6EE SP1 with EX2007SE SP1.

I currently use a Deny redirect rule to go from url to url/owa. This is getting quite messy as I have a few rules that work this way so want to do the 'proper' methods.

I've got my Paths in my OWA rule like this:

<same as internal> /public/*
<same as internal> /owa/*
<same as internal> /exchweb/*
<same as internal> /exchange/*
/ /owa\

I used Tom's guide for the last one. However, when browsing to the URL without /owa on the end, it lets me in but the CSS/graphics etc is messed up, as if the images/css files are missing.

I'm not sure what's up!

Thanks

Using deny redirect rules is the "proper" way of doing it whilst keeping ISA pre-authentication and...

Thanks Jason.

I always thought deny redirect rules were the 'quick and dirty' method, at least that's what I read a couple of years ago!

Just recently had a tidy up of my policies so wondering if there was a neater way, without added policies.

Thanks

It is recommended guidance in Appendix B here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794751.aspx#AppendixB

and also in the ISA blog here:

http://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2009/08/24/redirection-to-owa-2007-directory-in-isa-2004-2006.aspx

Cheers

JJ
