Dear All,
How to open luce.sunymaritime.edu:2048/menu site. all sites is open good but except xyz.com:1023 or xyz.com:2048 not opening please help for which port to be add or which type of rule to be apply.

Create a new protocol , example : TCP outbound 2048.

And include this protocol with your rule, if you are using the All Outbound protocols , then no need to add this rule in the rule, as its already included when you select All Outbound Protocols
