I had found a ISA server 2004's bug , and this bug is known when I used ISA server 2000.

If you download a very large file(>500M) with flashget (I had tested netants, the same) on clients , but download rate is low , example < 5k , after several minutes , Your will find that the CPU usage on ISA server keep on 100% , it's response very slow , and traffic will stop .

Status: offline 		With getright the problems does not exist. I tried it with about 10 files that is 700mb + in size. Just stating my observations.
