Hi,

I'm having a problem with a site where it seems that files with a .wmv extension can not pass through ISA server. The exact message in the log is 12210 An Internet Server API (ISAPI) filter has finished handling the request. Contact your system administrator.

I've done a search on this and just find stuff regarding outlook web access. Microsofts site just tells me a filter has caused an error, but no info on what I need to troubleshoot!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Im using ISA 2004 as a web proxy server only , single NIC mode. We're downstream from a squid + other firewalls so I cant send people direct for this site.. We are also using Websense 6.2.

UPDATE:

I've tried this on our DR server which has exactly the same configuration, I've exported the websense, policy & network configuration to the DR server and guess what... The problem goes away on the DR box.

Have you learned any more about this error? I'm getting it just for one website that does a "GET" to youtube - other than that the proxy seems fine. Please let me know if you have any insite into this.
