I have 2 internal webservers that I would like to publish under one public domain name.
Example
www.Domain.com maps to 111.222.111.001
www.Domain.com/mail to 111.222.111.002
One of these servers is our web server while the other is OWA
Can this be done and if so how.

Yes, it can be done. Make two rules with different paths, and put the /mail Web Publishing Rule above the other one, since the other one will apply to all paths.
