hi i have installed and configured all the rules on my isa2004 server.
the server is working.

but i have a problem.

the first nic is configuerd to the internal network 192.168.0.5 255.255.254.0
the second must be connected to the netscreen hw firewall and on the netscreen firewall is the adsl modem.

we connect to the netscreen firewall with ip 192.168.1.254.

all internet is forwarded from the adsl modem to the netscreen firewall and the netscreen firewall is the gateway in our network.

so i've i want to be able to set mij isa2004 server as gateway i change the gateway settings in the ad so it directs to the isa2004 server.

but with the second nic i have to make it ip 192.168.1.254 255.255.254.0 els i can't connect to my netscreen hw firewall.

when i do this will the internet work or do i have to do something to make the proxy the gateway??

I did not exactly understand what you are trying to do...
Is this what you are trying to do???

Internal-->ISA-->Netscreen-->Adsl modem-->Internet
????
If that is what you are trying to do then yes it will work fine, just make sure you forward ports that you use from your netscreen to the isa server.

yes that is what i am trying to do.

i have to set the gateway in the internal nick to the 192.168.1.254 right to make sure the computer has internet.

and all other machines 192.168.0.5 that is the isa server then everything should work fine??
