300mb download limit?

Status: offline 		I am running ISA 2006 on Windows Server 2003 EE on a Celestix box. For some reason when downloading any file from any external servers it stops the download at 300MB and says the file has completed downloading. Unfortunatly whatever was downloaded does not function because it didn't download the whole file. The file could be any size but it will stop at around 300MB.
