Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this but here is my requirement:

I have been tasked with publishing web servers in a reverse proxy scenario. These web servers have to be accessible to external clients as well as our own internal data entry people. The web servers are in a different network than our data entry people (10.11.100.X and 10.10.x.x). Right now the data entry people access the web servers directly via static route.

Now, I have decided to deploy an ISA server that will have 3 NIC’s, public IP, 10.11.100.X(web network) and 10.10.X.X. (data entry network). However, I am aware of the single default gateway constraint and was planning on placing the DG on the public IP adaptor. I could add a static route on the ISA 2006 box for the 10.10.X.X segment. Will this work? Also, if this is possible, should the 10.10.X.X be treated as “external” as well?

ISA will route between attached subnets - no special configuration.

The DG MUST be on the external interface.

You can define the web interface as a second Internal or as a Perimeter, depending on your security needs. I'd probably lean to Perimeter in this configuration based on the little information here.
