Very weird - This site (http://opac.tulsalibrary.org/) gives a 403 Forbidden error on EVERY PC behind my ISA 2004 server. I have reset IE on the client PCs to low/medium/high security. I've played w/ the advanced features of IE - no luck.

This site works fine if you're not behind ISA.

Basic simple config:
* ISA 2004 SP1 on Windows Server Sp1 (NOT SBS!)
* 1 Firewall rule = 'Web Access Only' (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)
* No VPN or any other configs
* No firewall clients on PC. ISA just acts as a gateway

Literally every other site works just fine but this one.

Please help! This site is important to the users!!!

Works fine for me.

Check the log file to see which rule to denying the connection.

According to the ISA logs (even used the .w3c version) shows it was allowed, then closed. No rule (either system/hidden or my own created one is dening this).

Literally every other site works but this one. I even installed Opera web browser, still no luck. If you're not behind ISA the site works fine. It has to be ISA somehow... redirect? something in the HTTP stream it doesn't like?

Someone else had this exact error and you help them too, back in 2005...(http://forums.isaserver.org/m_2001997466/tm.htm). Looks like he/she was trying to access a library site in New Zealand.

Disregard! Pesky HTTP 1.1 problem in IE. Which is odd now, cuz i can't seem to figure out how to make Opera use HTTP 1.1 through a proxy server - but at least i'm working.

Ha! Yes, that 1.1 needs to be enabled on all browsers behind the ISA Firewall.
