When I try the below line I get the 403 message below.
Happens with any url.

<cfhttp method="Get" url="http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=9590" result="fileContents">

403 Forbidden ( The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

Using ISA2004 on SBS 2003. All works fine except for this.

Any suggestions?

I can't tell from the command below - is the Host header being populated?

Does it fail with IntExp/Firefox/etc...?

Problem occurs with any browser

The site is being published.
Protocols - HTTP, HTTPS
From - ip of router
To - nt.ars-grin.gov
Condition - all users
Path <same as internal>
Internal path - /*
To - forward original host header

On my computer I also run a web server and Cold Fusion scripting.
When I send the get request from my computer works fine. Only
when the request is run from the server that I get the error.
