Hi Guys,

I'm having some problem accessing a company site and the main page loads OK but when I try to access the menu which has an application on it, it is being denied. I think it has something to do with the SSL tunneling..but I already installed the ISAtrpe but still no go, actually the site uses HTTPS port 443 only, by the way, my access rule is for open websites only meaning i chose only the sites allowed. I already added the sites but still no go.

P.S. Actually before I install ISAtrpe the denied was done in Open websites which is the rule I'm using to access the site that I can't access...but when I install it, it was denied at the default rule already not in the open website..

Please see below more details:

Error in IE: Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
Error in Log monitoring:
Destination Port: 443
Protocol: SSL Tunneling
Action: Denied
Rule: Default Rule

Any Inputs would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

When something is denied by the "Default Rule" it means that none of your Access Rules anywhere on the list "matched" the traffic being attempted.

You need to re-examine your Access Rules for flaws in the design that causes them to "not match" the traffic.

I have no idea what ISAtrpe is,..I never heard of it.
