Hi, first time poster and ISA rookie so please be patient

Ok, regular user access our system via Citrix using thin clients and their web browsing goes though ISA. Laptop and desktop user, for which there are few, have their web browsing not going through ISA.

One of my regular users is trying to login at the following page:
https://www4.rbc.com/NU00/pki/authenticate/AuthenticateUserRoamingEPF.jsp

After she enter her username and password and clicks "Sign In" the following page is displayed with the same address as above:

Network Access Message. The page cannot be displayed.

Error code: 502 Proxy Error. The host was not found. (11001)
IP Address: (The address of our ISA server is displayed)
Date: (The date and time is shown but strangely enough the time is always 5hrs ahead. I check the ISA server and it has the correct time)
Server: (The name of the server which ISA resides on is displayed)
Source: proxy

If I have this person try to do this on a laptop she has no issues. After logging in the address on the page that comes up is:
https:www4.rbc.com/nj00-wcm/homePageMain.do?HPaction=loadHomePage

I'm not sure the problem is on our end and if it is where to start looking. This is the only site that is giving users problems. This includes other bank sites such as CIBC. I had a user test log in at the CIBC site and he was able to get in and access his account, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
