I'm new to ISA. I followed the steps to set up my ISA server from technet. But still no one can get out on the internet. Any help would be appreciated.

How are the clients configured? Does IE point to ISA for its proxy settings (Web Proxy client) or does the client point to ISA for its default gateway only (no IE settings or Firewall Client)? How is your rule configured, exactly?

Are you implementing on SBS or which platform? One experience that i have with ISA and the All Open rule is that it does not work unless you include the Local Host. Otherwise Netlogon normally fails, DHCP and internet. Query is whether that is a technically sound config!

Thank you in advance...
The clients IE is pointing to the ISA server. The rule is, essentially, blown wide open. Allow all outbound traffic. It is in an Enterprie policy. The platform is on server 2003 sp1 with ISA 2004 Enterprise edition, not SBS. The end result is I need this ISA server to block certain Active Directory groups access and allow certain Active Directory groups access.
