I have read through the mesages regarding the (502 Proxy Error. The HTTP request includes a non-supported header. Contact your ISA Server administrator. (12156)) but unfortunately the fix is only suggested on the server side. We are an external site the user is trying to access. We would like to be proactive on our end. Hopefully we can modify our site to accommodate this issue. It's just that we are unable to figure this one out on our own. Our site is http://www.vsp.com and when a user is trying to access one of our portals with logins (example: Member and Consumers) they receive the above mentioned error. Any information someone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to see what you're talking about but I'm not getting that error anywhere.
Can you get captures of the failing event?
You can email them to me offline, of course...

I'm sorry for not checking back sooner. I thought I had put an indicator on the post to email me when there was a response. I'll assume it was user error on my part.

We are still having the challenges as before and I have asked our webmaster to gather the screen captures to send to Jim.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
