502 proxy error....

Status: offline 		I've been getting some funky behavior lately with our ISA 2004 server.

If I set the ISA as my proxy it will give me a 502 proxy error if I try to access a sharepoint portal from within the LAN. If I take out the proxy entry in IE everything works as it should.

If I go to the ISA server machine I can ping everyone in the domain except for my own machine.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

Make sure internal resources are configured for Direct Access.

Status: offline 		yeah, that cleared it up. As soon as I made a rule that allowed access to that specific computer from the LAN users everything was running.
