Last week I just build ISA2004 SP3 for AD network. It is working and function using SNAT. The problem is when I selected authenticated users it doesn't work. What do I do wrong here. If I use all users no problem even I create URL's rules it blocks restricted sites but I don't want the URL rules applies to everyone that's why Icreated group.

Hi,,

Why not use Groups / Users from you AD instead of the All Authenticated Users

Authentication, means ur clients either Web Procy and/or Firewall Clients.
