Hi all,
I have a clean install of ISA2k6, and I have put several access rules to bleck web mail, online chat site, file upload sites and these rules work fine.
For Web access applied for HTTP and HTTPS, I use standard setting and no HTTP filter are currently applied.
Here are my problems:
- HTTP traffic is OK
- HTTPS are all blocked, no matter if they are in the block URLs or Domain name set or not.
Error message when I tried to get to a HTTPS site which is our business partner:

Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed

Technical Information (for Support personnel)

- Skype is blocked also and still have not found any clues

Can you suggest which settings to look into to work this out? Thanks a lot.

Create an all open rule and use the Firewall client for Skype.

Put the HTTPS allow rule before the deny rule.
