Hello all,

I have created a Restricted Internet Access policy to allow my internal users only access to sites that we need to have access to. I have created a new URL Set called Allowed Websites. I then put the domain names and IP addresses that my users will be allowed to go to in that set. The domain names work fine. The IP addresses are not working at all. Is there a trick to letting users have access to sites by IP address only?

Hi Squid,

The HTTP Security filter settings won't fix this, but you might use a computer address set or network range to control access to IP addresses.

Tom,

Thanks for the response and helping out. Turns out by looking down the address way to solve this, I noticed that I had similar named URL Sets and Domain Name Sets. Needless to say, I was working with the Domain Name Set. Once I switched over to the URL Set, everything began working ok.
