IMAP is turned on and functions on my Exchange server. That's been tested.

Port 143 is open from ISA to Exchange. This is verified with a connectivity verifier *and* I can open Outlook Express on the ISA server and get mail. So connectivity is fine between ISA and Exchange

Setup: I created a new Mail publishing rule.
It is enabled
Set to allow
IMAP4 Server is the protocol (143 open Inbound)
From Anywhere
To my internal Exchange server's IP
Set for requests to appear from the original client
Selected the IP assigned to me via my network guys for my network
Wide open schedule

So the problem is I can't get to IMAP from the outside world. The network guys see the request coming to ISA, but nothing is working.

When I netstat -an on the ISA machine, I do not see port 143 listening - anywhere, namely on the IP it should be listening on.

Am I missing something as far as configuration on the ISA server? I went through the wizard only...
