I'm using ISA in the following manner:

* Two NICs (one external, one internal)
* Ports 80, 443, and 21 are the only ports opened
* Port 21 is being used by IE's folder view
* All clients on my network are Win XP SP2, and they have their browser's proxy settings configured to connect to ISA through group policy

So would there be any reason to push out the FWC to all computers as well?

If you want to allow FTP PUT, then you will need the Firewall client in this scenario.

HTH,
Tom
