Basically here is a problem:
Application that published on our ISA server communicated with SQL server. Cleints able download results of querries that they created on web server as a XLS or CVS files. If application directly explosed to internet users (no ISA) application work normally. If application published on ISA clients able successfully download only first XLS file, upon attempt to download results from second querry clients getting old XLS file (result of first querry). Interesting that after approax 30 min client able get new XLS file.
I have cofigured ISA - with no cache rule, no objects, no http, no FTP, no SSL caching. I even used CacheDir utility to clean up existing cache (if that was an issue) yet problem is persist. I wonder if anybody encounter similar problem or may be have any idea what might be wrong with settings?

I manage resolve this problem:
It appears that in ISA2004 you can't apply cache rules to the name of published server, you have to apply cache rule to IP
