Array VPN Connection

I have a 3 server config (CSS + 2 array members), and would just like to know how ISA handles a remote site VPN connection if one of the servers fail.

Take for example, ISA1 has established the VPN connection to the remote site single ISA firewall, what happens if ISA1 went down. Would ISA2 re-establish the VPN connection - I assume so as both servers cannot have a live VPN connection to the remote site at the same time, but how long before it realises ISA1 is down?
