Is there a way to assign a particular ISA server to a Organizational Unit in Active Directory?

using DHCP , u can make ur clients as SecureNAT

using GPO , u can make ur clients Web Proxy Clients.

Using GRO , u can deploy the Firewall Client and make ur Clients as Web Proxy and/or Firewall Clients
