Greetings!

Just installed isa server and encountered a problem.

The server works as an edge firewall with 2 NIC. Everything seems fine, the internet works for LAN clients, and call from an Asterisk server reach the desired external phone, but no one hears another. Have made several dumps for my SIP provider from LAN and WAN interfaces on ISA and noticed that from Asterisk invite goes to providers SIP server, but ISA server changes source port from 5060 to 1374. The provider responds status 100 TRYING, but the answer goes to 5060. And the Asterisk doesn't get the response - ISAs internal interface doesn't recive the answer. The problem seems to be with isa server changing ports.

Asterisk Server publishing rules are

Action - Allow
Protocol - SIP, RTP
From - External
To - Internal server address

Services are defined as:
Primary connections
SIP - Port range 5060-5082/TCP/Inbound
SIP - Port range 5060-5082/UDP/Recieve Send
Secondary connections
SIP - Port range 5060-5082/TCP/Outbound
SIP - Port range 5060-5082/UDP/Send Recieve

Primary connections
SIP - Port range 10000-20000/TCP/Inbound
SIP - Port range 10000-20000/UDP/Recieve Send
Secondary connections
SIP - Port range 10000-20000/TCP/Outbound
SIP - Port range 10000-20000/UDP/Send Recieve
