If I use ISA Server 2004 as described in your article Configuring Multiple DMZs on the ISA Firewall (2004) - Part 1&2 as the back-end server or using the Back-end firewall template. Do I have to use a ISA server for the front-end firewall. Or can I use a different firewall like a DLink DFL-80 or a Linksys router for the front-end firewall? What are the advantages to running the advantages to running a front-end ISA server?

Is there an upcoming article in the series: Configuring Multiple DMZs on the ISA Firewall (2004) - Part 1&2 on the "Honeypot DMZ/IDS Network?

Hi XML,

There's no problem using a DLink in front of the ISA firewall. But you'll need to go www.dlinkfirewall.org for configuration tips and tricks [Big Grin]

HTH,
