Hi
I think if somehow microsoft add a bandwidth rule and a mac address based authentication in isa, it ll improve things. right now in CCProxy we can bound users with specific bandwidth and mac addresses.

Hi,
Im my opinion CCProxy isn't a good idea to control bandwidth,especially when u have so many client,belive me i have been tested,suggest?
BandWidth Controller.
