Status: offline 		Hello everybody ! I'm new to this forum and i need a little help from you if possible.

I need to know if there is any solution for bandwith management, something wich resembles to unix's HTB. Let's say I have a bandwith of 1Mbs . I want to reserve 512Kbs for browsing(HTTP), 256Kbs for e-mails (POP3, SMTP) and the rest of 256Kbs to be reserved to a single computer (my computer ). In case that my computer is offline, the reserved bandwith allocated for me, to be automatically aded to the browsing bandwith or for e-mail or anything else I wish. Is there any way to achieve this using ISA 2006, or maybe 3rd party solutions(free if possible), or any kind of scripts ?
