I'm wondering if there is anyway that I can configure ISA 2006 EE. Branch Office Scenario without VPN? Because we here only have one flat network. Please help me.

I couldīt understand your question. Do you want to configure a remote ISA without a VPN site-to-site? I mean without connect to it.
