Last week I was told to block some high traffic sites (i.e. Myspace) for specific computers on our campus.  The only way to do that with our ISA server was to create an client Address set.  When I did that I found that we could no longer use the HTTP redirector (I think), so it is disabled.  Then I found out that I cannot have anonymous access to the web proxy service to deny sites using the Site and Content rules (I think).  So I have done these things.  Since then a specific application that one of our clients use syncs data over the web stopped working. Since our clients are configured as web proxy, this application uses the IE proxy settings, but it does not send or give the opportunity to send credentials.  Logging in as an admin didn't help, but when I told IE to not automatically detect proxy settings the web-sync software worked.  I attempted to setup the domain to bypass the proxy using the Direct Access tab on the Web Browser Client configuration, but apparently that's not working.  I believe I have something improperly configured.  (I used this article: http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Configuring_Web_Proxy_Clients_for_Direct_Access.html)

Could some please point me in the right direction?
