Could someone suggests what the ideal TTL settings is for HTTP caching (% of the content age), TTL Time Boundaries?

The defaults are ideal, but you can change them based on some specific need.

Sir,
Can you please give some realtime examples as i'm getting complains saying that ISA cache is worst than Squiid.
Right now i'm using the default TTL setting.
