We have just upgraded to ISA 2004. Nothing points to any cache errors, however, in the performance monitor, all cache related counters are showing zero? How can I fix this?

The Cache counters for ISA server are showing numbers now, after I restarted the ISA server, however the DNS cache numbers are still zero. I am running a DNS server on the ISA server to speed up name resolution. I used to get DNS cache numbers on my 2000 server running ISA 2000, but after upgrade to Win2K3,ISA2K4, DNS cache numbers have been steady zero
