Cache not running

Status: offline 		Hi everyone
I have installed ISA 2004 on window2k3. All thing running well.  But the caching system likely not running. When I show the file dir.cdat on the urlcache folder, that always indicate 0 KB of sizing. Can anyone help me to reslove it
