Hi all. In a 2-node 2006 EE array with intergrated NLB (multicast mode FWIW), I have the cluster VIP and an additional VIP on the Internal side of the array. I notice that I can point my clients to either the cluster VIP or my custom VIP for web caching to work "out of the box". I can limit which VIP clients use with a rule but this seems a bit crude - is there a way to get the caching component to listen only on a specific VIP? (Also, I can force a specific IP to be used from the client end via GPO / wpad / pac file but again, this seems a bit crude.)
Cheers!
