Strange problem. Trying to connect to a web application inside a client's firewall. The Cisco VPN connects to the client site fine but when I try and access the web app via ip address or FQDN it times out. If I disable the FW client I have no problems connecting to said web app. Unfortunately I can't give a lot of detail because I don't really have a lot of detail. The client states that it's just port 80 traffic so there shouldn't be a problem.

I know this isn't much to go on but I was hoping that someone could give me some simple points to help troubleshoot the connectivity issue.

The product is Eroom from EMC\Documentum. Hopefullly that might help a little more.

A point in any kind of direction would help at this point.

If you have read this How To Allow Cisco VPN Client To Connect Through ISA Server , you would see that FWC is advised to be disabled before Establishing a VPN Connection

If you are able to connect fine while the FWC is enabled, have u tried to set the FQDN to be Direct Access: http://www.isaserver.org/articles/2004directaccessp1.html
