Can ISA do Bandwidtt Aggregation?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to build a backup broadband for my company. Can ISA have bandwidth aggregation function? That means it can utilize two broadband in normal condition and shift to only one broadband if another one failed.

Thank You!

But it costs about 6000 US dollars.
I found some two WAN ports hardware cost 3000 HK dollars.
