It depends, and the type of setup you want to do probably won't work.

The UAG DA server needs two consecutive public address on it's external interface. What means if you want to NAT, you'll have to NAT from a public IP address to another public IP address. You'll end up wasting a lot of addresses that way.

So, in general, the answer is going to be no - you can't NAT to the external interface of the UAG DirectAccess server.
