Does anyone know if its possible to write a web filter for ISA 2004 using C#? After all, it is a dll that needs to be registered.

I need to do some HTTP filtering on an ISA 2004 server. The HTTP Filter that is built-in to ISA 2004 is good but doesnt work for me. It would work perfectly if I can get it to do nothing when a request is filtered out instead of throwing the page "The page cannot be displayed" which includes the message at the bottom of this post. I don't think it is possible to instruct ISA to do nothing. Is it? FYI, the reason I would like it to do nothing is because I want a lower level Web Publishing Rule to take over the request.

Please advise if anyone has done a web filter in C# and if there are any samples available online, I couldnt find any. I saw the samples in the SDK but they are all done in C++ and have bad commenting. Please Help! "[Frown]"
