I have successfully setup a Web server behind the ISA Server. I can view the
Web Site, www.abc.com, on the Web Server (IP 192.168.0.10, ISA External IP
12.9.202.100) from outside the Internet. I can ping the ISA Server since I
have a Packet Filter created for ICMP.

If I tried to ping from the Internet (outside the ISA Server) to www.abc.com (behind the ISA), I get a Request Timed out! It can resolve the IP to
12.9.202.100 but no reply. I know my DNS is working properly unless the
setup is different for ISA server. www.abc.com IP is pointing to
12.9.202.100 with a www entry.

Is this normal a Web Server publish behind a ISA Server? The web site cannot
be ping, period!

Any idea or comment???

Not sure I quite understand what you are doing. I assume when you say 'behind the web server' you have a web publishing rule on your ISA server that points to another box where your web server is running.

If you ping www.abc.com or 12.9.202.100 they are no different - they are the same thing. If you can ping one then you can ping the other. You cannot ping your web server because it is 'hidden' behind the ISA server. When you ping www.abc.com or 12.9.202.100 they both hit the ISA server that will reply, or not, depending on how you have configured the packed filters.
