Cant upload using ftp

Status: offline 		Im using isa 2004
Create Access rule to allow ftp 21 outbound and ftp server 21 inbound.

I cant view ftp://ftp.microsoft.com
But I cant use it for uploading to other sites.

Make sure you have enabled FTP uploads in the FTP policy of the rule that applies to the FTP connections.

Status: offline 		In the Firewall Policy , Right Click your Policy then click Conigure FTP. Uncheck Readonly. This will make u upload FTP.
