This is an ISA 2000 question I hope someone can refresh my memory on. I have ISA 2000 installed at a charity and they just changed from a DSL to a T-1 connection and now have a new static IP address. I configured the new router and CISC firewall and updated DNS forwarders in ISA and users can browse the Internet. Unfortunately, the web site and mail server are not reachable from the outside. Where in ISA do I enter the external, public IP address? The CISCO furewall forwards port 80, 25, 110, 443, etc to 192.168.3.2 (ISA) The internal network uses private IPs in the 192.168.1 range and the WAN NIC is at 192.168.3.2 with its default gateway set to the router's LAN IP of 192.168.3.1. ISA's internal NIC is at 192.168.1.2. If I search the registry, I see the old static IP in about 10 places, but there must be a better way to update ISA for the new IP than changing these ten entries. Thanks for any help. brad

Brad, In ISA 2000, you change the Incoming and Outgoing Web listener’s properties by opening ISA manager and right-clicking the ISA server name and click properties. Unless you changed the IP of the ISA External NIC, based from your description it sounds as if the problem is with the PAT rules on the router. Your ISA sits behind the NAT router so there are no public IP's to assign on the ISA external NIC. You are using PAT to forward to the ISA external NIC which is using a private IP addressing scheme. Check the incoming web request listener and make sure it is set for the IP of the ISA External NIC. Make sure you restart the Web Proxy services to apply the settings. RB
