Status: offline 		will there be any interoperability problem if i install checkpoint firewall (Internet side) back to back with ISA Server(internal network)?

it shouldn't. The ISA server will just been seen by the CheckPoint as another host.

 Agreed. I've been using that configuration for a couple of years with zero issues.
