I need to find a utlilty that can tell me what port are open and what is using what.Please direct me in the right direction Thanks

Hey Alex,
If you want to check it "online" you can use NETSTAT -NA
If you want to log traffic and analyze it later, you can - as Tom suggests - use Network Monitor that comes with Win2000
