Hello all, does anyone know how Cisco Ip Communicator is suppose to be configured thru ISA 2004 VPN. When clients connect they only get oneway or no way communication when they speak. You can connect fine but the person on the other end usually cant hear you speak. And all users on on a cable modem connecting in. This only happens thru vpn. In the office its fine.

If Cisco IP Communicator is behind a firewall, make sure that the firewall

is configured to pass TFTP and RTP traffic using the appropriate port

range.
