Hi,

I'm having difficult to access Cisco VPN behind ISA 2004, it was working fine when i initial configure the firewall. On the firewall policy, i had allowed IKE client, IPSEC NAT-T & IPSEC ESP traffic for outbound access since first setup. Recently, the users complain that they are not able to access the server in the VPN network even the Cisco VPN client software is connected to the server. As i check on the user's workstation, vpn connection is established, but connection statistics shown the transparent tunneling inactive. Any idea to allow the transparent tunneling protocol? UDP 4500 send receive is allowed. Thanks for any suggestion.

Regards

Hi Elmajdal,

Thanks for your useful info. I have already configure the required traffic (according to the link you provided) and even allow All IP traffic, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Regards
