Hi all,

We have ISA server 2006 installed and would like to publish our Citrix server through it.

We have a Cisco PIX installed forwarding HTTP and HTTPS to the ISA box. How do i set up ISA to forward requests for citrix from the Internet to the Citrix box? The Citrix box has a certificate installed which relates to it's external DNS name.

Do i:

1) Set up a web publishing rule or an access rule?
2) Need to buy another certificate for communication from ISA to Citrix? Can i create my own certificate instead of buying one?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think you also need some protocols from the "Remote Terminal" group.
Look in the protocol toolbox.

Maybe 'ICA' & 'ICA session w/ Session Reliability enabled'.

Use ISA Logging/Monitoring or Wireshark to have a look at the protocols?

also look at the Hardware firewall for ports like TCP/UDP 1494,2598
